Chair Yoga - monthly session

Our monthly chair yoga session at the care home is a relaxed, one-hour class designed for all abilities and open to the public. Everything is done while seated or supported by a chair, making it a safe and accessible way to enjoy gentle movement, stretching, and breathing exercises.
