I hold small classes called Cosy Community classes. These hold capacity for up to 5 people, they're open to everyone but especially for those who feel a little unsure about big groups or nervous about starting.
All my group classes are kept friendly and welcoming, with a focus on inclusivity, connection, and mindful movement. Rooted in the traditional philosophy of yoga, I create a space where everyone feels seen, safe, and supported, regardless of experience, body type, or background.
Each session blends gentle guidance with moments of playfulness and introspection, encouraging you to move with intention, honour your unique body, and find balance on and off the mat.
I hold space that are free from pressure and performance. Just honest, heartfelt yoga grounded in community, care, and conscious living.
