In a world that moves fast and demands much, Prana Roots is a gentle call home — to your breath, your body, and your deeper truth.

Born from the union of holistic care and conscious living, this retreat is co-hosted by two women devoted to healing. Cat was in the acute medical department and worked for the National Health Service for a decade until she turned to teaching yoga. Prity is also a yoga teacher and nutritionist devoted to sustainability and the wisdom of nature and ayurveda.

Together, we have created a sanctuary where personal healing and planetary healing walk hand in hand.

Over these sacred days, nestled in the heart of India’s natural beauty, you’ll be guided through deeply restorative yoga, nourishing plant-based meals, mindful connection with the land, and practices that awaken the subtle energy of the life force that flows through us all, our Prana.

 

This is more than a retreat. It is a coming home.
Remembering your innate wholeness, the Earth’s humble wisdom and of the simple, powerful truth that healing doesn’t have to be rushed, it only needs to be rooted.
